Zelin Liu is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Center for Computational and Genomic Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He received his BS in Medical Experimental Technology (2017) and PhD in Systems Biomedicine (2022) from Peking University Health Science Center. He is interested in quantitative genomics, non-coding RNA, and post-transcriptional regulation. His current research focuses on developing novel long-read sequencing approaches for full-length transcriptome analysis.
