Wankun Deng is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Center for Computational and Genomic Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He received his PhD from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China, where he also spent 1 year as a Postdoctoral Researcher. His current research focuses on revealing the regulatory roles of RNA modifications and repetitive regions by analyzing and interpreting high-throughput RNA-seq data.
